SIMPLY ONE OF A KIND
Our flagship configuration features the world's first copper-style plated unitank for homebrewers. We started out by plating our stainless steel, mirror-finish base tank, then outfitted it with our Cicerone-series configuration, which already boasts a spunding valve, full dry hop kit, and short-style sight glass. If that wasn't enough, we then added a full-length plated blow off cane with butterfly valve, combining everything we have to offer in one stunning package. Truly a show-stopper.
CONFIGURATION HIGHLIGHTS

- FREE GIFT: 5mm neoprene insulation jacket (quantities limited!)
- Heavy-duty 3mm stainless steel full body wall thickness for maximum durability, corrosion resistance, and weight stability
- Built-in cooling jacket for precision temperature control (from ambient to near-freezing temps) for fermentation, cold crashing, and carbonation. Click here to learn more about built-in cooling jackets.
- 100% sanitary tri clamp system for contamination prevention, accessory versatility, and clean-in-place (CIP) capability
- 15 PSI operating pressure (30 PSI max pressure) enables natural or forced carbonation, pressure fermentation, and oxygen-free transfers to kegs or bottles
- 60-degree cone angle to help maximize settling of yeast and sediment
- Classic 3-leg design ensures natural stability vs 4 legs and maximizes accessible working space at conical bottom
- 6” main head port for easy access with optional 6” to 3” reducer for large dry hop additions, clean-in-place system (CIP), or floating dip tube assembly
- Three 1.5” head ports for full accessory flexibility, including blow off assemblies, PRVs, pressure gauges, spunding valves, and dry hop additions
- Two 1.5” ports on tank backside (and out of the way) for glycol IN and OUT connections
- Angled 1.5" port on side of cone for ideal thermowell reach and placement at center of tank
- Horizontal 1.5" port on side of cone for carbonation stone, lower thermowell placement for smaller batches, or optional heating element
- Front-facing 1.5" horizontal port on cone for sampling valve or other accessories
- Front-facing 1.5" angled racking port enables maximum reach into cone when paired with a racking arm
- 2” bottom dump port for racking off yeast and sediment (pre or post fermentation) and optional sight glass for improved visibility
- Flexible batch capacity up to 7 gallons (with 20% headspace)
