I spent over a year looking for the right Tank, I decided on the Custom Fermentations FJ8 paired with the brewbuilt IceMaster Max 4 which I ordered through Custom Fermentations as well. Absolutely love it,unbelievable quality that surpasses the price point! I have three fermentersin the 5gal batch category, one jacketed two not. I have already found new homes for them. The features on your fermenter surpasses everything I have seen or used. The polishing on this is absolutely Perfect.i could go on but I will leave it there. I did get my immersion heater in and I will be making a 5day IPA , I will give updates on the ability of this fermenter as I use it more.
