Tri-Clamp Concentric Reducers (31-14MP) provide a hygienic way to connect sanitary tubing of different sizes while maintaining a common centerline for smooth flow transitions. The clamp-style design enables quick assembly and disassembly for cleaning, inspection, or reconfiguration.

Manufactured from 304 stainless steel and polished to a 32Ra sanitary finish, these reducers are 3-A Certified for use in food, beverage, dairy, brewery, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical applications. Designed for use with Tri-Clamp gaskets and clamps to achieve a secure, leak-resistant seal.

APPLICATIONS & COMPATIBILITY

Ideal for size transitions in sanitary process lines; fully compatible with Tri-Clamp gaskets and clamps and dimensionally interchangeable with leading sanitary brands. Note: unlike eccentric reducers, concentric designs may allow pooling in horizontal runs.

QUALITY & MATERIAL VERIFICATION

All reducers undergo in-house Positive Material Identification (PMI) using the SciAps X-550 handheld XRF spectrometer to verify alloy chemistry and provide traceability.
